Hi, I’m an Eating Psychology Coach, specializing in Mind/Body Nutrition and I want you to embrace your body and food! Love is NEVER all or nothing…it takes patience, work and time to love anything fully. The same holds true for loving food, loving your body and loving yourself. Diets fail because they force you to go to extremes. After denying yourself something that you crave or need, the habit that we try to suppress often comes back with a vengeance! This yo-yo pattern leaves you feeling worse about your body and yourself than before you started.
I’ve been there, I’ve struggled with this and now that I have the answers, I want to share with you what I’ve learned and teach you how to work with your body and discover your unique food story and nutritional needs.
I want to partner with you and break this destructive cycle. How?
I specialize in …
- eating psychology
- mind/body nutrition
- overeating/binge eating
- body image
- digestive issues
- lifestyle changes
I’ll take a holistic approach to examine not only the foods you love and the foods you eat, but your health and your story as an eater. I’ll develop a comprehensive plan for you and guide you anywhere you want to go, and we’ll get there together!
We’ll find your solution through problem-solving with proven tools, scientific mind/body information, listening and hearing you, and above all … compassion!
I can’t wait to help you fall in love with yourself again!

What People Are Saying
“My sessions with Stacie have helped me to think differently about food and have made me think about the way I perceive my body. She has triggered a positive self-awareness that I didn’t have before. Stacie has a wealth of knowledge on the mind, body and spirit and how to best tune them and hone into how your body and mind respond to different foods and outside influences. I highly recommend her. Our sessions are informative, comforting and truly helpful. I always leave our sessions with new knowledge and a positive attitude.”Heather K.
“I would highly recommend Stacie to coach, guide or teach anyone about the mental and physiological
aspects of how nutrition, mind and body all work together. I love to exercise and was noticing that my
stamina was decreasing over time. Stacie’s knowledge is vast and she puts you at ease right from the start. She listened to my story, analyzed my lifestyle including my eating habits, and gave valuable
feedback and suggestions for me to incorporate into my daily life. I already feel the difference of how
my body is responding to her suggestions and expert guidance. Thank you Stacie!”
“I have loved working with Stacie as my coach! Before I started working with Stacie, I had started to develop some bad habits (such as eating way too much sugar!) that I was blaming on being sleep deprived and having a 9 month old. But really I had started to use food as a form of self medication. As a health coach myself, I had a lot of shame and guilt about eating things and having habits that I tell people not to do and know in detail all of the reasons that they are not good for you! I feel that every coach needs a coach of their own!!! Having knowledge about something and applying it to your life are two completely different things. Stacie helped me to take a loving approach to my body and habits. With her help I was able to work through some past stressful situations that I hadn’t worked through or been able to let go of. She helped to remove the blame and shame around my chai latte addiction and instead taught me to ritualize and enjoy it. As a result, I am now in a much better place mentally and have stopped craving sugar and chai lattes at all! I highly suggest having Stacie as your coach!”Megan Rand Blacksmith
What the American Medical Association is saying about Health Coaches
“Engaging patients in behavior changes can improve their overall health and reduce the amount of medical care they need, but it’s often difficult for physicians to find the extra time to collaborate and plan these types of strategies. Trained health coaches can take on a lot of these responsibilities to advance lifestyle changes, prevention and patient health.” — AMA Wire, 5/18/2016
